Lycia'a Invocation doesn't interact with Timeless Jewel passives

Invocation Keystone doesn't get overwritten by Timeless Jewel and still works as default keystone.

This is normal, or at least it works the same with Skin of the Lords.

It doesn't allocate a passive on your tree, it just gives the effect
