Game crashes when trying to select a specific character

Every character I have can load into the game successfully, but one specific one goes to the loading screen then the game crashes immediately.

I was playing the character before the last update, quit the game from the character with 1 minute before realm down, and now can't play it.

Not sure what other information I can provide.

Have you tried this -->
1. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator",
2. Delete the local PoE cache files here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\
3. Now start PoE again as "an administrator". When at the login screen, select options.
4. Now set texture to MEDIUM and Sound channels to low.
5. Login to the game on a char that you know works and then remove ALL MTX from gems and gear on the char that have the problem.
6. See if the issue is resolved ?

If not, then you will need to e-mail GGG support and ask them to look in the database for the char.
