location of organs metamorph's organs bug?

Once again running through the metamorph (with the Replicated Result Skill enabled, which allows you to collect a second metamorph), I was slightly confused when I saw that he absorbed organs that I did not select. But after recording a video with a rerun, I noticed that the selected organs are used, but they move.

And sometimes there is no shift.
I'm assuming it's sorted by rarity, where the used organ, for example Rare, goes to the bottom of the list. And this would have gone unnoticed if not for the Passive Skill Replicated Result.

It scared and confused me.
