Annoying monster modifier for Inspired Learning / Headhunter

I have been playing with an Inspired Learning the last couple of days and sometimes steal a monster modifier that is super annoying and even makes it borderline unusable for me. I'm actually not using it anymore now because it feels more like a down side because I'm getting the modifier quite commonly.

The modifier makes you randomly teleport to enemies. This is already super annoying because it makes you skip monster packs which makes you need to back track 10+ times whenever you get the modifier, it also makes looting not worth when you have it so you end up skipping loot until the modifier expires or backtracking even more. On top of that it sometimes just kills you by teleporting you on top of ground effects/detonate dead.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I feel like this monster modifier needs to be revisited in terms of Inspired Learning and Headhunter.

I have to agree on this one, Im not go to get into is good or bad for teleporting u into dangerous areas or stuff like that, but its HIGHLY annoying.

I have been farming breaches these days and when u get that mod is just a pain in the ass trying to click in a hand or even looting the stuff, i just have to open portal to the hideout to lose all the buffs and enter in the map again so i can pick the stuff from the ground xD

I use shield charge mostly as a movement skill and the ice walls f*** me up, but i understand there are ways around it like blink or phasing so i cant complain about that, but the random teleport is really just annoying for the player imo.

And im sorry but the argument of "its been there since day one" doesnt contribute to anything xD

Things can be revised and improved.

Simple solution.

When using a skill that can inherent monster mods a window or menu becomes available. From this menu a player could block like 3 or 4 mods from being learned. This could also let minion players set aggresive/defensive stances, travel skills exerting attacks.... that kind of thing. Might be worth making for poe2 at least
