Wrong/Bugged (mini)map icons (random quest icon popping for nothing in maps)

For some reasons, i see occasionally quest icons yellow/green on the minimap (and also when displayed in the middle w/ tab). It seems like it's tied to the issue with Rogue Exiles icons if they've additional loot not being displayed (another bug there i guess). So the icons may represent a bug tied to their additional loot icons (Rogue Trader atlas tree notable).

It's bugged iwth or without any filter.

Edit: Just saw there's the instance icon too on the 2nd screen, there's no instance there, it's also part of the bug.
