Witchfire Brew in 3.20

Hi,

I was wondering whether the Despair curse aura from Witchfire Brew is also affected by the 25% less curse effect of Blasphemy. Since neither Blasphemy nor any reductions to curse effect are mentioned I thought that maybe this is a way to get a full strength Despair aura? I'd appreciate some clarification

Hi Tom, you're right.
Witchfire Brew wasn't nerfed in this patch. The Blasphemy nerf is not related to the flask.

Although despair got hit pretty hard anyway this league...
