Frozen Legion bugs with Temporal Bubble and Ancestral Bond

Creating a thread to note two separate bugs for the skill.

The first is that entering a rare monster's Temporal Bubble will slow the cooldown recovery rate of Frozen Legion charges, and this slower cooldown will persist once you leave the bubble, until all 6 charges of your skill have finished recovering.

The second is that Frozen Legion no longer deals damage once you allocate the Ancestral Bond keystone. Given that the wording of the skill summons statues to attack for you, and that similar summon effects that use your weapon (Mirage Chieftains, Mirage Warriors and Mirage Saviours were all fixed in patch 3.11.1, Mirage Archers also ignore Ancestral Bond's downside) still deal damage with Ancestral Bond allocated, this seems to be a bug, or at least somewhat inconsistent.
