Missing rewards from "on sanctum completion"

Upon completing the boss on the 3rd floor of the sanctum, I got offered the rewards shown below. Chaos, slightly more chaos, or 2 divines. I was in a having a good run so I chose the divines being quite confident I would finish the sanctum.
  Here showing that I didn't choose the wrong one. However, when I later beat the boss on the 4th floor of the sanctum, upon opening the chest at the end before leaving the sanctum, I was missing these divines that I had clearly chosen prior.  This is something that really needs to be fixed as the already sometimes weak rewards of the sanctum are made substantially worse if rewards sometimes just do not get given to the player. The exact same thing just happened to me. Did not receive my divine orbs.

The same happened to me. Also had 2 divines added to the last chest, but the last chest did not spawn at all. Bug report number is 4.182.779.149

I thought I was going crazy, I was getting downvoted to oblivion on Reddit when I posted this issue. People were like you died and you didn't know and I'm like what?
I did all 4 bosses and was rewarded with nothing from my previous floors where I chose "ON SANCTUM COMPLETION" This is dumb. I went through 32 maps to set this up and was going for the big boi reward but its bugged atm :/ |

Same thing happened here, on completing sanctum i only received rewards from Floor completion, nothing from "on completing sanctum" I did notice that the green buff which indicates rewards disappeared somewhere along the way. Seen quite few people have same issue.
