So i started this league fresh and i found this, it made some crazy amazing sound as it dropped.

The Albino Rhoa Feather is a currency item with no known uses. The consensus among players is that it is a joke item placed in the game to perpetuate the fishing joke/troll started on the Path of Exile forums. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen.

" The feather was in the game well before the fishing BS. I know GGG had a few ideas about it during beta but that's their secret to reveal, not mine. You take it to Krillson on an alluring map to craft a rare rot head talisman that usually significantly improves fishing returns. It's useless if you aren't interested in the fishing content though.

As others said, it's a useless fluff item. I believe there's a hidden slot in the currency tab for it.
If you don't care about keeping it as a trophy, might be able to sell it for a decent sum of cash later in the league. Украина в моём сердце
