Labyrinth Trial Recipes are error 404

So far, I haven't been able to confirm that recipe unlocks are missing in any but the very first two Labyrinth Trials - Act 1 Lower Prison & Act 2 Crypt. I'm not usually in any rush, although I wish I was to get a bigger sample size.

Details:
- Cannot be found anywhere in the trial, whether in the end room or otherwise, so they aren't misplaced.
- There is no "crafting recipe unlock available" marker on the map.
- Experimentation shows no difference between doing the trials for the first time, or going back looking for them later. Either way, they are unavailable.
- I know they aren't in my crafting bench already, because I first noticed this as I was doing the Crafting Bench part of the Helena intro quest today (around 1800 GMT -6) and the Lower Prison Lab Trial unlock wasn't available even though I had already done it around midnight GMT -6 last night at the latest.

One thought: this seems like something that could be easily missed by players as the fastest ones aren't going to care, and the rest of us might easily not notice OR this broke some time yesterday evening. Reason being, I have yet to see this among the known issues in the 3.20 announcements page, and somewhere upwards of ~300,000 players passed through Acts 1 & 2 long before me without bringing this issue up.

2230 GMT -6, Act 3 Catacombs had it's recipe unlock working as usual. To check if this was due to a serverside change, immediately checked Act 1 Lower Prison again, still no recipe unlock. To check for an update, exited game and re-entered, no download. Logged in and checked Act 1 LP again, still no recipe unlock.
