Character permissions broken for private accounts via Path of Building Community Fork
Prior to the 3.20 launch, I was able to have a private account but still import my own characters into Path of Building using the POESESSID token.
As of today, I can no longer import characters. It looks like a valid POESESSID token for an account has lost permissions to list characters for that account. I have attempted to log out / log in, in order to refresh the POESESSID token (multiple times) and it still won't work. This is new (broken) behavior as of 3.20 and is very clearly a permissions bug. I have also attempting toggling the main profile visibility from private to not private and back again, and it did not change the behavior. This impacts anyone with a private account attempting to use the API to list/view their private-configured characters Path of Building community fork. Thanks. I have also opened a bug for this on the PoB Community Fork github repo. https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues/5287 Yet another unpaid Path of Exile 2 Alpha Tester. For anyone else having this issue, I believe this may be due to a bug introduced yesterday with path of building. More details on what is likely causing this are here:
