Played Kalandra/Standard just fine, but cant play after Sanctum update

Hello been having problem since Sanctum update, was fine in Kalandra (played 2 months) and fine in Standard (played 6hrs before Sanctum update). After updating Sanctum, my POE just crashes before login screen:


Tried clearing cache+setting, still the same. Tried excluding the folder in Windows Defender, still the same. Tried pack checker, still the same:


Tried reinstalling, now it crashes in the launcher (cant fully download now).

My internet is very good, i didn't touch/update anything on my computer, heavy emphasis on "i was playing 6hrs before Sanctum patch just fine."

Any idea what happened and how to fix? All other game works just fine.

GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now), so bumping will not help you.

Try using a VPN solution and see if that solves the problem.
