Help with Sanctum - Relic Altar

I can't seem to locate it in my decorations tab in my hideout. Its simply not there. Only the Relic Locker. What am I doing wrong?

No I can't. The altar is not there. I cant seem to complete the mission in act 2, since i cant place the relic inside the altar.

No I cant. I am standing inside a NEW Sanctum now, in a map, and there is no Altar here at all.

New run, first room

OKAY, so. I reset my Sanctum. And went to act 2, Fellshrine. I could then place the relic inside the altar. But I can't get it in my hideout? Or is it only the locker that's in the hideout?

Ah, thank you so much. I got really confused since both Steel and Raiz talked about getting the Relic Altar in the hideout. And the chat confirmed it, etc.
