Cursed Ground Support + Hexblast

Is it intentional, that "Cursed Groud"-supported Hexes do not reapply the hex to enemies that keep standing in the curse area after you remove the curse with Hexblast?

As far as i am aware with the old "Doomsday"-keystone the hex was instantly reapplied after you hexblast the enemy, as long as the Doomsday-area persisted.
(correct me if that´s wrong please)

The wording on "Cursed Ground Support" is:
"Enemies on the Cursed Ground from a supported Skill are cursed with that Hex"

Old Doomsday wording:
"Enemies in the Hexed Area are hexed, and the Hex does not expire while in the Hexed Area"

In short:
Both say the same thing - enemies are cursed/hexed in area.
Expire is not the same thing as getting removed by hexblast, right? - at least i took it as "the duration does not start to decrease".

You are indeed wrong. Doomsday had the same behaviour as the cursed ground - the doom-related parts have been removed and the duration extended, but the core implementation is still the same as the keystone was. This is the same behaviour as Lightning Conduit with things like Skitterbots applying shock in an area around them.

This is not a bug.

Are you guys aware that curse on hit is bugged with traps? When traps expire the curse gets removed due to the change you made to do with curses if you die. As far as I am aware traps should not inherit this behavior?

Why is cursed ground behaviour different from Conduit and shocked ground where the shock is never removed?
Probably exclusively for the reason that spamming Hexblast on Cursed Ground would be too powerful. They break rules and have inconsistencies when their balance dictates it.

Is Hexblast + Blasphemy not just as powerful?
