How to allow poe to open the web browser on xbox series x

When I try to view microtransactions or open the trade site on xbox it tells me "Cannot open the web browser due to account restrictions. Please check your xbox live account." I've looked all over my xbox account but couldn't find what I needed to change, as far as I can tell I have everything as open as possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i'm probably just missing something. Edit: Since this is getting new replies, the support reply I got back when this was for poe 1 was to talk to xbox/microsoft. Idk if they can fix it since I never contacted them.
