Aspirants Plaza & Labyrinth

When I go to Sarn's Encampment and stand in front of Aspriants Plaza, the 3 left buttons are not green, while the 3 right ones are green. Entering there, I see that all 6 labyrinth are complete, the 3 cruel complete, 3 merciless also complete. The Eternal are the next ones for me to start. Using an Offering to the Goddess does not activate that next labyrinth.

I never really look at those green circles, I am guessing but I think they represent the levels of Lab.
There is Eternal (level 75) and then some Uber Uber labs. You have to have the Offering in your character inventory when you open Eternal Lab, not your stash. ~ I have selective hearing, and today, you have not been selected.

I am carrying the Offering to the Goddess. When I click on the Eternal Labyrinth, the Activate does not work.

Is the character at least lvl 75?

Have you completed the Merciless Labyrinth?
Edit: You didn't. After you complete Merciless lab, you'll have access to Eternal lab.
