This patch contains description updates to certain achievements/trophies in the PlayStation version of the game. These changes can be found below.

The realm will go down for the patch to be deployed at Oct 24, 2022 10:00 PM (EDT) (this is displayed in your local time).

Apprentice Cartographer, Journeyman Cartographer and Master Cartographer

Old Descriptions:

• Complete all of the white maps on the Atlas.
• Complete all of the yellow maps on the Atlas.
• Complete all of the red maps on the Atlas.

New Descriptions:

• Have a Voidstone socketed in your Atlas.
• Have two Voidstones socketed in your Atlas.
• Have three Voidstones socketed in your Atlas.

Unforgettable

Old Description:

• Find all of the Shaper's Memory Fragments.

New Descritpion:

• Defeat The Elder.

Beyond Death

Old Description:

• Kill Abaxoth, The End of All That Is.

New Descritpion:

• Kill Beidat, Archangel of Death.
