Kinda useless topic without any budget restriction don't you think? Not even a league restriction. Without both i can get you a bunch of Smite Armor/Aurastackers or some crazy 40k ES builds from standard with legacy gear that costs more mirrors that you can even count. Is that what you are looking for?
If it's "the absolute best" you are looking for, then that would be the kind of stuff to look for. |

Ok, restrict for league HC (trade) then. Budget I'll let decide posters what is achievable there.
