Monsters take 70% less damage?

So I went to try Shaper for a second time, killed him the first time easy, and I couldn't figure out why the guardians were taking longer to kill. Then I noticed this mod in the corner of the screen "Monsters take 70% less damage". Where did this come from??

that's uber shaper. check your atlas tree

When it says "so and so boss is level 85" does that mean it's uber? So they take 70% less damage and their skills are more powerful? I noticed the Shaper's teleport slam is almost instant, harder to dodge.

yes, 85 is uber for all bosses

You fought Uber Shaper: Area Level is 85.

Yep, and he killed me. I killed him before though when he wasn't uber.

Uber shaper is orders of magnitude more difficult than regular shaper.
