Can't Find Lady Dialla to finish the Ribbon Spool quest

Finished the campaign. Forgot to talk to Lady Dialla on the way. Now she is gone.
The quest is still open and shows Solaris Temple Level 2 as location. But she is not near the throne anymore. I have also checked the rooftop of the Sceptre of God and Karui Shores. isn't there a side chamber right next to this? maybe she moves there after completing some other quest.

ok I pulled up the wiki for OP...
there is no bug(I mean the story progresses whether you do things or not, it was just where she moved to changes). She is in Act 4, Highgate, Near Oyun(upper right area) |
