Is it true Blight atlas nodes have no effect on the Blighted maps?

I just completely respected a big piece of my tree so I could burn through my blight map collection, and now I'm just learning that the atlas nodes have no effect on the blighted maps or even the maps that say "contain a blight"...is this really true?

regular maps with the 'contains a blight' enchantment should be affected by your atlas passives. those should be no different than a map with delirium orbs applied.

blighted and blight ravaged maps are NOT affected, because those maps dont actually exist on your atlas. they arent "Park" map, they are "Blighted Park" map. you cant find 'blighted park' on your atlas.

There's one node on the far left side of the tree that affects blighted maps. The one that says 25% increased modifiers on blighted maps.
