M dont know why health regen isnt working at all!

i dont know why it isnt jsut today it stopped working, i dont have and armor with mods that would stop the regen or change it, i dont have any big notables from the passive tree, i even tried to apply a point into Zealot's Oath and then respec out of it to see if that would get it working and it didnt do anything. i should have regen as i have had it before. I swapped from rare rings to some diamond rings that dont have anything that would inhibit life regen or alter it in any way.
i have closed out my game, swapped to a different character even restarted my pc and nothing has gotten it to work. life regen works on my RF guy but im at a loss for this other character's problem. Any help would be met with much gratitude. Last bumped on Sep 15, 2022, 9:04:52 AM

PoB says you have 31.8 regen, which is only about 2%. Are you not at full and seeing the health not move at all? Where are you testing?
