somone tell me if this ring is bricked or not?
 at first i was happy to see its % strenght increased they cost 7 divines as minimum but they were below ilvl 84 and this ring is ilvl 86 dunno if that matters much anyway then i noticed it has a freaking frostbite on it...and the joy turned into dread cuz i think this is bricked now isnt it? Not really, its useable for cold based attack / spell build.

" Why its bricked? its a better version of frostbite on hit ring since you dont need to roll it on redeemer ring, which means one open suffix for either elemental ress or attack / cast speed mod for cold based build. |

" %str is more valuable, those builds usually do fire or chaos damage, frostbite will apply over ele weak or flammability, but despair on hit items should override frostbite, disallows perma cast mark with 2 curse setup as well(will need to use mark on hit, since mark is a higher priority application) |

its crazy to be so lucky and unlucky at the very same time rolled % str but also frostbite on it it wasnt enough that i droped 0 watchers eyes from 10 uber kills and lost 10 divines from 30 feared sets but also drop a bricked synthesis ring |
