Make the Map Device "Crafting" options persist only with a check-box in the UI

I understand the desire for the change. However it would have been better to add this new feature as a checkbox/toggle on the UI -- right there in your face when you put your map in. This way, mappers can turn it on and see that it's on, and keep it that way for convenience. Players not aware of this change would see the checkbox and think "ok yea, that's cool".

Instead, I think a few of us (at least one -- me) are blowing currency on useless map craftings this league because we didn't know of this change in-game (yeah probably in the patch notes, but not a good user experience to force reading of patch notes). I only caught it because I noticed my chaos orb count was dropping -- but by this time I had blown 30-50 on garbage with no return on investment because of the changes to drops this league.
