Melee splash mastery please!
Melee is bad enough as it is. Can we have something like this please? Most meta builds can link for full dps, melee is underpowered and we need to waste a link to be able to clear =/

We aren't even allowed to have splash threshold jewels anymore even though Glacial Hammer underperformed even WITH that, no way they'll give us a Mastery. :/

Divergent melee splash 20/23 has a more damage multiplier with no downside.

" ahh, yes, just get the alt gem. and make sure you get more than 20 quality on it, or get it to level 21. because a 20/20 version still has -1% less damage the downside? it *still* takes a support slot, so you're still losing out on at least 25% more damage. |

Splash needs to be just built into strike skills. There's enough shit you have to invest into to make strike skills feel good. Their damage is ok but additional targets, your accuracy, damage, crit, some sort of splash and/or on-death effect so your clear is good then you have to gem swap for a boss because you'll be running splash and/or awakened ancestral call. Its way too much stuff. Just build splash INTO strikes as having that gem is so silly these days.

I believe slams are the ones that are supposed to have "innate aoe".
Personally I'd double down on making strikes single target but have higher dps than everything else. You could sacrifice some of that dps via opportunity cost (like melee splash support) for clearing. Украина в моём сердце
