Question about Orb of Conflict

I have an item that has both exception exarch and eater modifier.
After applying orb of conflict omne of it become exquisite, while the other one is gone. Is it supposed to be that way? Thank you in advance. :) Last bumped on Sep 1, 2022, 9:21:12 AM
