TFT Bulk trade tool.

Hi!
I've recently learned about TFT bulk trading tool which literally automates bulk pricing of currency tabs like essence or delve tabs. It does it in so runaround way that it's technically not against ToS but works in such way that if it would be implemented outside of TFT but in game instead it would be against ToS. So from what I've heard it scans image of your tab, pulls individual prices of each of your item from poe.ninja and then let's you set % of the price of said tab to the message which is posted to discord with a SS of your tab. And that's it, it takes 15 seconds and a few clicks. Are you aware of such tool, how it works and are you working on measures to prevent such advantage over normal trading? " Hiya, In general, we do not encourage the creation or use of third-party tools because they provide advantages for players that use them. I'm afraid, due to the dynamics of our policies, we're unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future. I would recommend refraining from creating or using any programs that automates or does more than one action with a keystroke or mouse click as well as anything that interacts with the game client to provide an advantage over other players or provide information that isn't normally visible. |

Thanks for your reply. I'm not intending to use it and I'm very well against such tools. But a big part of the community does.
It was more of a question if you ever thought about implementing stricter third party tool policy. Right now it's very allowing while with each and every league people find workarounds which turn out to completely dominate the market. Some of the community designed stuff is cool while others are walking the line or straight up crossing it. I do have a few ideas how to simply improve the in game provided tools without affecting the market to make it as cool the best TFT features in an ethical way. But it would take me quite some time to assemble them into a fresh post and I'm afraid no one would read them anyway as ideas topic seems deserted :D Cheers |

You guys are joking with your response, right? You realize that more than half the player base (by discord's stats) is now using TFT and uses exactly this same tool. You discourage its use? How? By pushing everyone to use TFT by not implementing these features in the trade site? Example: Try and purchase multiples of any sextant. It's not possible. Charged compasses are NOT listed in the bulk tab of the site, so you can't minimum search for them. You have to message EVERY SINGLE PERSON and hope they have more than one. OR You go to TFT and you can browse the sellers that are using the Bulk tool. In less than 30 seconds you can find the seller who has 50. Bam. Done. In summary: Your response is utter nonsense. |
