The "#% increased explicit modifier magnitudes" on Memory Maps not Working?

So below are the 2 screenshots for the same map.
The map modifiers in both screenshots are the same, despite the map mod mentioned in the title existed. Shouldn't it behave like the small nodes on the atlas tree, and will change the in-map modifier value?   Last bumped on Aug 29, 2022, 3:07:59 AM
