The Annihilator Supporter Pack comes with the following in-game items:

Annihilator Supporter Forum Title
Annihilator Armour Pack
Annihilator Alternate Gloves
Annihilator Wings
Annihilator Weapon (Changes the appearance of any equipped weapon to the Annihilator Weapon. Can be applied to both weapons when dual wielding.)
Annihilator Weapon Effect
Annihilator Helmet Attachment
Annihilator Apparition Portal Effect
Annihilator Portrait Frame

As well as the items from both the Imperator and Nullifier Supporter Packs. Unfortunately there is not a shield effect included in this set however you should be able to view a preview of the microtransactions equipped in-game here if you wish.
