Cant use beast + sulphite scarab at the same time.

Tested on niko atlas mission, using beast scarab and this message appeared. No sextant added, and different atlas objective either. Screenshot:

The issue is that you're adding a Master (Niko) to the map by running a Niko atlas mission, so you can't use a scarab to add another Master (Einhar) to the map.

so, I cant run both of master scarab? for example here, beast + sulphite.
