Lake of kalandra unlocks bugged

im trying to get my second exile i just ran a map with legion monolith at dificulty 9 still didnt unlock the second exile. im not sure but i think this is the third one ive run that should of met the legion monolith at dificulty at 8 or higher but the other ones i ran awhile ago and wasnt paying too much attention to. but this time i specifically was trying to get the unlock and still havent.

baught one and it worked this time
