Unique Talisman dropped unidentified

Unique Clutching Talisman dropped unidentified from a rare monster. Not sure what mods were on it other than Mana Siphoner. It also dropped another unique amulet (Turquoise Amulet). Rare, uncorrupted T15 Barrows with Redeemer on it.
Bug reference number 2,890,597,541.  Presumably a result of the "bug fix" in 3.19.0e "Fixed a bug where Unique Items dropped by monsters with Archnemesis modifiers using the reward conversion system were dropping already Identified."
