Reflecting Mist not spawning

Sometimes Kalandra will spawn on top of where the reward chest will be spawning, resulting Kalandra disappearing when the chest spawn and the Lake having no reflecting mist reward at all.

I've had this happen to me 4-5 maps in a row where no mist reward would spawn despite Kalandra appearing and my clearing the tile.

Having this happen in the last 4 / 5 lakes is super frustrating. Kalandra says her voice line & just flies away leaving no reflecting mist.

Happens to me 50% of my lakes. Feels sad.
