increased flask charges gain or charges recovery

Hello everyone who read this :)

I have a question, if i have +50% increased Flask Charges gained as Pathfinder and if I use The Overflowing Chalice Sulphur Flask. Do I get the +50% increased Flask Charges gained or does that increased Flask Charges gained only count if I kill monsters?

Or do I better roll increased Charge Recovery if I use The Overflowing Chalice Sulphur Flask. I`m little confused with this.

Increased Charges Gained applies to all sources of charge gain, not just from killing monsters.

Increased Charge Recovery does the exact same thing as far as I am aware, and the two mods stack multiplicatively (see here https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Flask#Recovery_from_flasks).

So increase charge gain also counts towards flash charge gain per second? I would be able to go from 0.35 per second to 1.2 with 250% increase charge gain? If so I’ll have to reconsider my paths for flask…
