Unlock the Lake challenge bugged

Hi, even after getting all 3 it still did not counted them as part of challenge and can not be obtainted at all.

I unlocked all of all ability for tablet already, i also used them but they did not count for challenge. When its gonna be fixed?

I'm sorry for chiming in on this without having gotten far enough in the league to have experience in this myself, but...
Are you able to receive multiple uses for each ability? If that's the case, the "Fully Unlock" in the challenge description may mean "Reach the maximum number of uses". |

I think "Fully unlock" means this. Have you completed it?

Have you completed both conditions for each of the three options? Can you take a screenshot? You should have 3 uses in each option.
