Harvest changes destroyed crafting. Now crafting is just RNG with no depth at all.
The removal of for example "Reforge keep prefix/suffix" "Much more likely" ruined crafting in this game. It's no longer interesting at all, it just "click on item and hope it's good" which is super boring and removes all the fun of it.
You can't slowly work towards making a great item anymore, which in my opinion was the far superior way of crafting. Before you could "save" or continue to work on an item you got from drops or other league mechanics, now it's all gone. Why would you intentionally make it like this GGG? I don't mind slower gearing, but I want the progress to be fun, not a slot machine where your crafting knowledge means nothing. You can't balance harvest around people like Ben just cause he could make insane gear in 2 days. 99.9% of people playing this game can't. Harvest gave poor players a chance to actually craft something through their own efforts, to turn trash they pick up into a treasure. Then GGG gutted it and devolved it into yet another means of gambling away your time and resources just like everything else. And just like everything else, it's yet another mechanic only the wealthy players can exploit.
3.13 was, is, and always will be, the peak of PoE. Everything past that point is just a slow spiral downwards. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I understand making crafts more rare when you now can choose what you want to craft. But removing the most interesting ones all together to make crafting a lot less interesting is awful.
PoE players like systems with depth, we don't want less of it. |

Specially "Reforge keep prefix/suffix" is such an important craft that it really needs to be in the game. All crafting is so much less interesting without it.

GGG: Deterministic crafting and power creep is bad.
Also GGG: Essence league Synthesis League (Most broken implicit modifiers) (Craft bench nerfed constantly) Legion (Some more power creep with Timeless Jewels) Delve League (Best way to craft for a long while) Delirium League (Power creep goes to the roof, easily craftable) Harvest League (Broken quant maps and all builds in general are brok- viable) Ritual (Harvest) League Sentinel League (Mirrored/corrupted means nothing, most broken items ever created)(explicit +1 power/frenzy/endurance rings) Am i missing something?
