Charisma (tree) + Allocates Charisma in an Amulet

Hi,

I allocated Charisma in my skill tree. With this node, my current unreserved mana is 67 from a total of 1200+ mana

Then I got a Replica Karui Ward Jade Amulet which has "Allocates Charisma", however my unreserved mana ia still 67.

I was expecting more unreserved mana considering the additional increased mana reservation efficiency after equiping the amulet.

Am I understanding it wrong?

not a bug, annoints allocate the passive, so it will have no affect if you have already in your tree.
