Legacy Flasks Question

Are legacy flasks better? or is it better to upgrade ?
am confused with the flasks charges part....

exemple Dying sun

whats better "Increased charges per use" VS "Reduced charges per use" ?

for exemple a dying sun with 1% increased charges per use (Legacy) , is it better than 140% flask charges per use from updated version?

what am i supposed to look for with these mods exactly for it to have a fast charge on hit ?

can someone just clarify this a little plz
thanks

a flask has a certain amount of flask charges. every time you use a flask it consumes part of those charges.

lets say a flask has 80 charges and every time you use it you consume 40 of those charges. so after one use you have 40 charges left. if you have 100% increased charges per use, every use of the flask would consume 80 charges.

TL:DR reduced charges per use is better since you get to use your flasks more often

ok... so i should either have a big "reduced charges use"
or the smallest "increase charges use" correct ?

trying to upload a image, can you tell me if this is a good or a really bad flask ?

thats an old dying sun, with an average roll.

this is a NEW dying sun, with a perfect 'charges' roll:

old dying sun : lasts 8 seconds, uses 20/50 charges

new dying sun : lasts 3.5 seconds, uses 45/50 charges

im really hoping you can figure out which one is better.
