I love delirious maps but not simulacrum....

IMo simulacrum is bad because of the tiny arena you get to fight 200 mobs all at once....early waves its ok but later stages it gets so bad that you cant even move because of the hundreds of mobs around you.
the hard mods would be fine if you could have room to run around in. the tiny arena is what makes simu so deadly

on the other hand deli maps are so much fun. even t16 100% ones. big map layout,you can run around etc.

I feel the exact opposite way, in archnem league I used to grind simulacrum with 2 different builds, but then mapping in a 100% delirious map would take those same 2 builds almost as long as doing 2 w30 runs per, unless you guys are running it on white normal maps :/
I dislike 100% delirious maps because looting them is awful. Why splinters drop as singles?! Just make a button to drop them at the end of the map...

yeah i dislike that part too. simulacrum would be fun if you werent stuck in the act 10 town with 200 mobs thrown at you. i feel like ggg just wants to make "hard content" and the map mods alone wouldnt be hard enough so they decided that the fight should be in a tiny act town

Deli mirrors drop all simulacrum splinters at once at the end.

Delirious maps give you the opportunity to take the content at your own pace, Simulacrum doesn't.

I still think Sim is about the hardest content in the game atm for the type of builds I play, bosses really aren't that bad but the speed/toughness/numbers you get in Sim once you hit like 90% delirious is just nuts.

Easy enough if you hit certain defensive requirements but so difficult if you rely on mechanics rather than stats for many bosses, can't mechanically dodge those party piles for long.

Delirium mirror is a different encounter from a map with layers of delirium.
'100% deli' is a map with five delirium modifiers applied to it. It might drop as 2 or 3 delirium mods, you add remaining ones via delirium orbs (that drop from mirror encounters)

Delirium map vs delirium mirror:

+There is no time limit, delirium encounter never ends and you don't have to rush
+Potentially much more rewarding than delirium mirrors. Especially if you apply valuable deli orbs (Scarab, Currency etc.)
-Splinters drop in singles and litter your screen
-Looting the drops takes ages
-Map is so packed with monsters (100% deli) that the game runs at 3 FPS
