Can Export but not Import hideout templates

I have encountered an odd issue with hideouts. I can save hideout files no problem. However when I try to import a template - any template, from a backup I've done or one from hideoutshowcase it won't import.
Hideout template file not found: Home/Documents/Hideouts/Lushoriginal.hideout It says it cannot find the template file, despite the fact the I just saved a template to the same folder ! " I can write (export) to the folder just fine without needing to run in admin mode so I shouldn't need admin privileges to import. Edit: I tried client running as administrator. Didn't work. Got the same error message. Hmm - some sort of weird permissions thing between Mac and Virtual Windows.
