Probably nothing. Low life roll, low resist rolls.

Unfortunately it's probably not going to sell for very much. While it does have lots of useful stats, most of the rolls are quite low. Each of the resistance mods give much less than their T1 counterparts (46-48% res), and the life roll is very very low. Considering life can roll up to 120-129 on chestpieces, 21 is almost negligable.

Add this to the fact that chest-pieces are commonly the only 6-link in a build, and you get a chest that doesn't have super strong mods, and would have to be 6-linked to be useful in the long term. It's just not an attractive item to buy.
