Icons under Monster heath bars?

Is there a listing somewhere to the icons under the big enemy health bars on the top center of the screen? I think it's the status effect on the mob, but I can't figure out exactly what it is...

in the above image, you have the big enemy heath bar of about 35-40% then 3 lines of white text then an icon with a % below that - it's these icons I'm talking about.

Think they are debuffs you apply like Shock, wither etc.

But yeah a listing would be nice cause Im just assuming from gameplay.

Sorry, guess I was not specific enough! I was curious if there is a listing anywhere saying WHAT they are... I know that they are some sort of debuff, but are the shock, ignite, etc, etc. Was wondering what they were specifically - I was assuming there was a list somewhere that I have not come across. It would be nice to know if one was "Shock" effect how much shock I'm getting on a boss, etc.

If you go to poewiki and search for elemental ailments you can match up the specific ailment with the icon.

And the one in your picture is shock and the percent is how much shock is applied so you can see exactly how much shock you are applying to bosses now.
