Just released a new TTRPG inspired by PoE: Path of the Tainted! (PWYW)

Hello everyone!

I am proud to announce I just released a new tabletop roleplaying game, “Path of the Tainted”. It is based on the LUMEN system and greatly inspired by “Path of Exile”. It is PWYW, so feel free to grab it for free :D

The core concept of the game is to keep the simplicity of LUMEN and its action-packed feeling of throwing Powers around the battlefield, but changing the formula a bit to have the feeling of skills in PoE. Specifically, there are Support Powers which can enhance Attack Powers, creating unique combinations, and let the player choose how they will function. This way the same Power can have different effects depending on the Support choices.

Other than that, there is also the Corruption System (replacing Energy): Powers increase your Corruption on each use, so you may spam them, but you have to be careful not to overdo it. But you kind of want to overdo it, as the higher your Corruption Level, the stronger your Powers.

There are also randomisers for Weapon and Armor mods, a list of deadly monsters inspired by Path of Exile’s dark world, simple rules that focus on combat, some useful tips and guidelines, Utility Powers and more.

I plan to continue refining the game, but I am happy with its current state, so I want to share it with the world. Any feedback is welcome and appreciated.
