Item descriptions appear on the bottom-right of the screen

When I hover over items, the item description appears on the bottom right of the screen, not over the item like it should. My game worked fine for multiple weeks, and I don't think I changed any settings to cause this. I tried reinstalling, changing the renderer, verifying integrity, clearing cache and doing a full reinstall (completely purge all the ggg files from pc, at least all the ones I found) but nothing seemed to help. Anything I could do to fix this? Its super annoying.
