Skeleton Archer Links?

I'm running Skeleton Archers in a 4-link pair of gloves.

My gem setup is:

Phantasmal Skeletons level 20 20%Q
Summon Phantasm level 20
Greater Volley level 20
Anomalous Culling Strike level 17 20%Q (60% increased damage against low life)

I know they could do more damage, but as they are support for my Zombies, Golems, and Spectres, is this an ideal configuration?

One thing I DO know is that when I get enough exalt, I want a vaal version of the skeletons to give me more punch when I need it, but for now, I'm wondering about greater volley and culling strike, because there's no WAY I'm giving up an additional 10 attackers...

Unless someone can talk me out of it.
