separate ignore lists for chat and pm

i use the ignore list to keep #820 readable but i also want those guys spamming the chat with "chayula group runs" to buy my junk.

can we have separate ignore lists for personal messages and chat? or any other way to clean the chat window?

the technical solution i would implement for a sharing channel is that you can't post if another post of yours is still in the last 50 lines of chat visible to others.
