I have beeing thinking hard to found out what went wrong.
There are three things.

first,i only use exilence lately,i used it few years ago then stoped,but all good,then i use it again lately,if it was the reason causeing traffic for the website,i would happily remove it if i could got a warming first.

Second,someone reported me for using "third party software",because few days ago Poe Lurker kicked someone off my party wrongly,i told him "Macro kicked your wrongly",my intention was got him back for trade.It happens when someone came for trade ,but you trade with another,then poe lurker would think you have completed the trade,then it will kick the first one out.

Third,i got kicked off from the game couples time lately when i fell asleep while playing.that maybe for my hands kept pressing the mouse or some buttons caused it.

I just farmed so hard to get my mageblood and headhunter for my new build.that morning i bought the mageblood,set up the flash ,just need farm few more ex then i can start to level up a new charater,but not even play withe mageblood for an hour,i fell asleep again.i though i got kicked from the game again,so i tryed to login,bomb,i got banned.i have been contacting the support team via email,they keep saying cant help me with ban.and the appeal was failed.the more i think about it,more anger i got.I deleted the client,everything,all the screan shots that kept for years.that just so disapoting.i have been playing this game since 2014,i have never ever used any cheatting software or bot.after few hours keep think about it,i just cant let it go like that,posting here is the last step i struggle.

But you have already admitted to using software that can get your account banned --> 3 party software with automation like kicking people from your party and so on.

So yeah, you really did use 3 party software with functions that is against ToS and you got banned from it. This is again confirmed by your BAN APPEAL being denied, so that's it. Case closed.

Well that wasn't clear from @OP description that he "pushed" the wrong key....

But again, 3 * 3 party tools and maybe vendor keyboard / mouse software also for "macro's / automation"......
