Ancient Skull buff not working on player ?

I don't know if it's a bug or an intended feature.
With Ancient Skull, when your minions crit, they gain 50% increased attack speed and damage for 5 seconds.
With Spiritual Command anointment and The Scourge claw, your character is supposed to also gain these increased attack speed and damage.

(Bug number is : 4 187 102 638)



I've tested ingame with Summon Skeleton and it's not working.
The skeleton at the bottom left has the Hear The Whisper buff (indicated by a purple light) but my character attack speed is not increased at this moment.

This was actually a test I've made for a build with Law of the Wilds claws.
But as far as I can tell, the Spectral Wolves do not even gain the Hear the Whisper buff.

this isn't a bug, the hear the whispers buff is a local buff on each individual minion.

you only benefit from minion attack speed that is ON YOU.
