PS Plus Pack redemption issue

Hi GGG,

A package was made available on Playstation Plus that contains the Desert Footprints, Desert Portal and the Bush in the Wind pet. Titled as Pack Eight.

I redeemed the same, but it hasn't arrived in my account yet.

I believe there was a problem with redeeming this free package available on PS Plus.

I checked it out aswell now, with no luck, and I even noticed the last pack I got long time ago (pack seven) are not showing up either.... Maybe only one pack allowed each account?

Redeemed directly through PSN.

It worked for me going through "Buy Points" of the in game shop interface. It went to a shopping cart where I had to accept buying it for 0,00€. The MTX were available pretty much instantly.
PS4 germany with an english UI.

<edit>Weird, I got a system message saying that I bought the PS+ Pack but also another message that I bought the Wyrm supporter pack 4 minutes before that. I did not. I was a bit worried because I can't afford to buy anything at the moment but I didn't get an email from Sony about a purchase of a Wyrm pack (and didn't have it in a shopping cart and accept it). So it seems to only be a bug with GGG's shop backend. When I try to look at the "Buy Points" section of the in game shop now I get a

<edit2>Looks like the PS+ Pack is overwriting the Wyrm Pack or has the same shop id or whatever. After restarting my PS4 (The shop and social features often stop working after a while for me) I can look at the "Buy Points" section again and it now shows me the possibility to upgrade to the Wyrmcaller pack. I also have the Wyrm Weapon MTX and more than 300 points. I can't remember if I had less before or if I had bought the Wyrm pack earlier but I'm pretty sure that I didn't had the Wyrmcaller upgrade option when I opened the list for the first time today. Let me check my older Sony shop emails.

<edit3>Ok, I bought the Wyrm supporter pack on March,7th but didn't get a message here. So it was just a late update of my purchase status and I guess I haven't been to "Buy Points" since then.

<edit4>I'm glad that I don't have to deal with Sony's shop backend. If I go through the Sony shop to see all Addons for Path of Exile it shows me 6 items including the PS+ Pack but not the Wyrmcaller upgrade.
When I go through Path of Exile in my main menu and to the detail page it states there are 5 addons and when I click on the "View All" it lists the 5 basic packs, no PS+ pack, no Wyrmcaller upgrade.
The in game shop under "Buy Points" shows me 9 items, no PS+ pack (I guess since I already redeemed it) but both Wyrm and Wyrmcaller upgrade and the 3 generic point packs that aren't in the Sony shop.

I managed to redeem using the routine that Adam said, so he made the package available after accessing the store and clicking on Buy Points.

Work for me enter in buy points.I do this and ter ALL
