Question : envy skill work with Bane? Y/N

When envy is activated the bane damage tooltip does not change neither DPS.
Path of Building.exe also does not show any change. The problem is that i don't know if the case is not inn the code (bug/purpose) or if the toltip is wrong. The question is : It work or not? DATA Bane : Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to this Skill's Damage Over Time effect Envy : You and nearby allies deal 91 to 121 additional Chaos Damage with Spells Unique amulet Aul's Uprising is granting envy lvl 15. Flat damage does not affect Damage Over Time.
